Our fused silica rollers are made of high-purity quartz sand through high-temperature melting, precise molding and high-temperature sintering. The product features uniform texture, no internal pores, super strong thermal shock resistance, will not burst when the furnace temperature rises and falls rapidly.

Compared with ordinary alumina rollers, fused silica rollers have smaller friction coefficient, will not scratch the glass surface, and can effectively avoid glass surface defects during conveying. We can produce special size rollers according to customers’ furnace drawings, and provide surface polishing, chamfering, end hole processing and other secondary processing services.
